Upon receiving your order, if you notice any damage to your item(s), please contact us at 1-877-7OKTire (1-877-765-8473) – all damaged items must be reported upon receipt.

Tires and Wheels are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, extended to the purchaser; our team is here to assist you in obtaining fulfillment of this warranty. Should you require help, please call us at 1-877-7OKTire (1-877-765-8473) or use our online contact form.
Warranty cannot be transferred.
Also, as tire and rim damage are often sudden and unpredictable, we’re here to help!
Contact or visit your local store to ask about our Tire Protection plan, and to find out how you can get coverage to repair or replace a flat tire and/or damaged rim due to road hazards such as potholes, nails, glass and debris.
Orders can be cancelled only until products have been picked in our fulfillment center – order cancellation will not be possible after the goods have been picked for shipping. If you do not wish to keep the product, a return will have to be processed once the order has been delivered. To inquire about cancelling your order, please call us at 1-877-7OKTire (1-877-765-8473).
Unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date and are subject to inspection by OkTire. Online returns are not accepted in store locations.

If your product is eligible for a return, you will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to package & return the product – the products will be shipped back to our fulfillment center. Please ensure to review the return list to avoid delays in processing.
Returns will be inspected once they are back in our fulfillment center – to be eligible for refund, your items must meet the criteria abovementioned.
If returned products don’t meet one or more of the listed criteria, you will be notified, and products will be shipped back to you by our preferred carrier. Shipping costs to return products will be deducted from the amount being refunded, except for damaged products and/or wrong products shipped – in those cases no shipping costs will be deducted.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for purchasing. Please note that a window of 10-15 business days will be required to process the credit.
